Driven by the french company les 7 vents, the consortium of partners composed of the the MCE form Greece, the CESIE from Italy, Udruga Brac from Croatia and iniSeo from France, is characterised by a tremendous complementarity : from their structure to their vision and purpose.

Les 7 vents – France
Since 1998, year of its creation, the role of les 7 vents is to stimulate territorial consultation around energy transition, with a social and solidary orientation. Created as an association, it became a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC) in 2005, as its team believed in the virtues of a diverse and involved membership to bring its advisory and consultation process to life. Citizens, policy makers and the commercial sphere are thus involved in the decisions, implemented by a team of 18 employees.
On a daily basis, the members of the team put their know-how (engineering, field expertise, prospective analysis into practice), to provide concrete answers to the challenges of climate, energy and more broadly sustainable development. Their objective is to implement relevant solutions adapted to the territories and their actors.

Cesie – Italy
CESIE is a non-profit, apolitical and non-governmental organization, based in Palermo and founded in 2001.
CESIE is committed to promoting cultural, social, educational and economic development at local, national, European and international level. It contributes to growth and development through the active participation of individuals, civil society and institutions, always giving importance to diversity and innovation.
Its team focuses on researching social needs and issues and on using educational learning approaches. This way, it actively links research to action through the use of formal and non-formal learning methodologies.
Its fields of expertise are : Higher education and Research, Rights and Justice, Adult, Migration, School, Youth.

The Mediterranean Centre of Environment – Greece
The MCE is a non-profit organisation founded in 1992 by a Franco-Hellenic team willing to promote sustainable development and intercultural cooperation in the Balkan and Mediterranean countries.
It aims to:
- promote sustainable local development based on preserved and enhanced natural and cultural heritage
- raise awareness of the population, particularly young people, on the need to protect their heritage and their environment
The MCE acts in 3 main domains: sustainable and alternative tourism; non-formal innovative training; and natural & cultural heritage enhancement. It has recently developed a Department supporting alternative tourism products in Greek rural areas

Udruga za otočni razvoj Brač – Croatia
The association for the development of the island of Brac was founded in 2008 with the objective of preserving and promoting the tangible and intangible heritage that constitute the most valuable asset for the sustainable development of the island.
Udruga Brac, is a non-profit associative structure which brings together volunteers from various structures and with different backgrounds, from all over the island. The diversity of its members covers all economic, social and cultural activities present on the island (education, tourism, agriculture, culture, heritage …). It is a leading actor who is the interlocutor of local and regional elected representatives, of the local action group (LAG), and organiszations and networks linked to tourism. Its geographic scope goes far beyond the island of Brac to become regional, even national.
Internationally, Udruga Brac has forged a flattering reputation with European partners in around ten countries, particularly in education, teaching and training applied to the protection of heritage and the environment.

iniSeo – France
Laurent Gounel, the founder of INISEO, is an independent consultant currently specialized in the field of the Web. Through his professional experience, he was able to develop his skills and refine his expertise in the following areas: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), interfacing between software and websites, website creation as well as web visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
For ECHO-Tourism, he is bringing his expertise in the exchanges and digital flows of information between Internet users, project managers & actors and the statistical & informative data to be disseminated via the network of websites linked to the European countries involved in the project.
